Advertising Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to all advertisement served on PARCE MUSIK. In addition, all advertisement on PARCE MUSIK must comply with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. PARCE MUSIK reserves the right to reject or remove advertisment that do not comply with the Advertisement Guidelines. These guidelines are subject to change at any time and PARCE MUSIK may waive any of these guidelines at its discretion.

• Landing Pages and Destination URLs
1. Ads that contain a URL or domain in the body must link to that same URL or domain.
2. Ads must send users to the same landing page when the ad is clicked.
3. Landing pages cannot generate a pop-up (including "pop-overs" and "pop-unders") when a user enters or leaves the page.
4. Landing pages cannot use "fake" close behavior (ie. when a user clicks the 'close' icon on the page, the page should close down and no other behavior should result).
5. Landing pages cannot utilize "mouse trapping" whereby the advertiser does not allow users to use their browser "back button" and traps them on their site and/or present any other unexpected behavior (for example: navigation to another ad or page).
6. Ads cannot require viewers to click on the ad to submit Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, date of birth, phone numbers, social security number, physical addresses, or email addresses) on the landing page or in the ad, except to enable an ecommerce transaction and where the ad and landing page clearly indicate that a product is being sold.

Prohibited Content

1. Ads must not be false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive.
2. Ads cannot be deceptive or fraudulent about any offer made.

Downloads

1. Ads cannot contain or link, whether directly or indirectly, to a site that contains spyware/malware downloads, whether initiated automatically or manually by the user, or other auto-initiated downloads.
2. Ads that link to a site that facilitates or promotes toolbars or other non-malicious user-initiated downloads must clearly state the action the user must take to utilize the service (e.g. "Download required").
3. Collection or request of PARCE MUSIK usernames or passwords from any user

Spam

1. Ads cannot contain, facilitate or promote 'spam' or other advertising or marketing content that violates applicable laws, regulations or industry standards.

• Trademarks and Copyrights
1. Ads cannot include any content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right.

Right now the PARCE MUSIK team is letting music artist post banners for 3 FULL months after signing up to help the artist and their fans stay connected and updated with news and stories about their band.

2. After signing up, login to your new Artist account and come back to this page and complete the last 2 steps.

All banners and links will be validated by PARCE MUSIK to make sure they do not violate any of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. PARCE MUSIK reserves the right to disqualify a submission which seems to violate any of our Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy.

End Ad Agreement or Promotion

If you wish to cancel your order or enrollment in one of our ad promotions, Please follow these steps:

• Send us an email to central@parce.tv and type this on the subject line "End Ad Agreement or Promotion".

  On the body of the email message type the "Advertisement Agreement Code" we email you when you either order the advertisement space or when you enroll on a promotion with us. e.g. "AP0001"
